How do I choose my size?
Use the garment measurements on the product page. Lay a similar item you already own flat and compare it with the listed measurements, checking whether each figure describes a flat width or a circumference. Tables show centimetres and inches.
Do all products fit the same way?
No. The collection includes regular, loose, oversized and boxy shapes. Check the fit description and size table for each item rather than assuming the same size will fit identically across the collection. Sizing up can change length as well as width.
Where can I find fabric and care details?
Each product description includes its fabric composition, weight where supplied, and care instructions. Follow the garment label and the guidance for that specific item. Avoid ironing directly on printed artwork.
Are products made to order?
Yes. Bonbonfire clothing is produced to order by our production and fulfilment partner, Tapstitch. Production time is additional to shipping time.
How long does UK delivery take?
Tapstitch’s guidance for small orders is usually 3–7 working days in production, with dispatch aimed for by the 8th working day after payment. Special Line transit then averages 10 days after dispatch, with 95% of shipments arriving within 15 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, customs clearance, weather and carrier delays can extend the wait.
How much does delivery cost?

Can I track my order?
Orders ship with tracking. If you need tracking details or help with a delayed parcel, contact us with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us promptly with your order number and the correction. We will check whether it can still be changed; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being fulfilled or has been dispatched.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Please contact Bonbonfire with your order number and a description of the issue. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, photographs can help us investigate.
